Are there any rules or limitations for studio photography?
Yes, we have a few guidelines for studio photography:
- Props and Decorations: Due to limited space and pre-set themes, bringing excessive decorations or props without prior notice is not allowed. Please inform us in advance if you plan to bring any additional items.
- Shoe-Free Area: To maintain a clean space, all photo shoot areas are shoe-free zones. If you wish to be photographed wearing shoes, kindly bring a clean pair specifically for the shoot.
How do I book a session?
- Go through "Booking" page on our website or use 'Book Now' button on our instagram main page.
- Please choose the best available date and time for your session.
- Please read the cancellation and rescheduling policy thoroughly before proceeding with your booking.
- If you agree to the policy, you will be asked to provide your card information to hold 40% of the total (60% for Cake Smash Package) as a non-refundable deposit, which will cover any no-show or late cancellation fees.
How can I reschedule or cancel a session?
- To reschedule your session, please provide notification at least two weeks prior to the scheduled shooting date. Regrettably, any requests made thereafter may not be accommodated.
- Cancellation requests made at least three weeks (5 months for Wedding Session) prior to the scheduled shooting date will be accepted without penalty. However, cancellations made with less than three weeks remaining will incur a cancellation fee of 40% of the total price (60% for Cake Smash Package).
- If you are sick on the day of the photoshoot, please let us know as soon as possible. We understand that emergencies happen, but please note that the holding amount cannot be refunded even in such cases. We will do our best to negotiate a solution that works for both parties.
What happens when it rains/snows?
- In the event of inclement weather deemed unsuitable for outdoor sessions, rescheduling may be necessary. However, if weather conditions permit, the session will proceed as planned without the need for rescheduling. We will give you a final notice at around 9:00 PM the day before the scheduled shoot to notify any need for rescheduling due to severe weather, based on the forecast. If the chance of precipitation is 30% or lower, we will proceed as planned. If it is higher, we'll collaborate to find a mutually convenient date to reschedule.
How long does it take to get the final footage?
- It depends on the workload of the session. Mostly, we try to send it within two weeks (1 month for wedding photos).
What if I don't like to share photos (Opt-out)?
- Please note that promotional discounts (if any) are only available if you agree to photo sharing.
What is a photo sharing?
- By booking a session with us, you consent to allow us to select and use edited photos from your session for portfolio purposes.
