1. For optimal quality, your photos should have a resolution of 300 PPI at the intended print size. Meeting the required resolution and file specifications is one of the key requirements for ensuring the best print quality.
2. Some smartphones use a 4:3 aspect ratio, while cameras typically use a 3:2 ratio. Please check the aspect ratio or crop your image in advance to maintain the correct proportions for your print size. You can easily check the ratio when using the crop settings on your device. Otherwise, the photos will be cropped to fill the page.We do not accept quality issues caused by failure to meet these standards.

- An additional fee of $3 per photo will be applied for enlargement services to enhance the pixel resolution.
